Todays paper was okay, just that at the end of it all I realized that I hadn’t completed 4 questions from the second close passage. I was flipping through the exam pages when the teacher came to collect the papers. Then just when I was passing the answer sheet to her I saw 4 questions BLANK! Woah, you wouldn’t wanna know how that feels. Oral, I think I’ll fail. I screwed up, and unless the examiner expected that of everyone and set the standard lower, I’ll probably fail my oral. Compo and Newspaper Report went perfectly well. Guess what, I picked option 3 which was “describe a place of worship that you know”. Cool eh, it’s a gamble. Thought I have never written any descriptive compo(s) before. I know how the thing goes, I hope.
One more thing, my psp has been downgraded! FYI for those who are blur. I downgraded it cuz the older version has less restrictions and can play downloaded games from memory sticks wheras(I don’t know if I spelt this word correctly) the new version has many new restrictions which one of them disallows playing downloaded games in my memory stick. Btw, downgrading is defined as “illegal” by sony. They want us to buy their UMDs which cost easily the price of a memory stick and has only one game.
Calida, you were right about those damned St Pats guys(eh, that is excluding me). Wth, even the sec1 and sec2. My Library juniors somemore! I was like shaking my head and murmuring to myself out loud "taoists these days". Hope he felt really insulted having heard that from me, cuz I was just 3 feet away from him sitting on a chair playing my psp. And pls, again. I am a holy man and I ain't like them. You know maybe I should have given them a slap or smth. But then again, it is of their own free will.

Can’t believe I actually stayed up till 4.30 in church to study. Didn’t cover much as usual. Mug club was without one of its former members too, Bob where did you go? And I realized smth really stupid, in the morning I get to church through that 45mins trip in the bus so when I arrive I don’t know what to say, I don’t know what to do and don’t know what to think. My mind just goes blank(except the part where I remember that I have to cross the road and take the lift when I arrive in church). Like when I just woke up, which is quite true sometimes cuz I usually fall asleep in the bus. I will take a little time to settle down till I’m familiar and comfortable with the surroundings when I get to church. Okay anw, back to after I left church, mum picked me up and we went to visit granny at the Changi Hospital(pls, the new one not the old one). Left after like.. 20 – 30mins and went to vist grandpa(at his house, please don't think its another hospital). Gave him some moon cakes and left 15 mins later. Went to fetch my dad at the Changi Golf course. Journey home took 20mins and by the time I knew it, it was already 7. The whole days gone, just like that.
Oh yah, and why is Face Down in 2 albums? Was it supposed to be like this or was the website I went to wrong? As in were they wrong abt Face Down being in 2 albums.
Ahhh, I seriously need tuition for English. I know its kinda stupid, but I’m serious. English is usually all about reading newspapers, story books with really complex English and such right? But I can’t afford to do that now since the exams are so close. I need to know what the examiners look out for, like content and stuff like that. And is that no. of words thing really important? Me and my friends always exceed it and I mean ALWAYS. Didn’t affect our marks much. But is that the key to getting full marks? Or past 25/30
Well I dunno, but I’ll try to write the correct no. of words next time. I mean next week on Friday when english paper starts.

Oh yah, I forgot to mention that I just got my new wallet on Wednesday. The design’s on my msn in case you wanted to see it. Well its cool anyway x)
Ahh, I hate this stupid mouse, its spoilt. I have to click so hard just for it to respond. Six more days till English paper. Geez.. I get more and more nervous when I look at the TYS my English teacher made the whole class buy. The topics inside the TYS are like so hard to write abt. Damn.

Hey, guess what. That masterpiece of mine in the last post. I’ve just got it back today and I got the mark I deserved, full marks. It took me one whole Chinese lesson and half of math to get it done so perfectly. Guess I can do SS afterall, if I have the top student’s advice and at least an hour for an inference question.
Lssn’s back, but Chee Hock won’t be posting anymore till the exams are over.

Ahhh theres really a hole in my wallet now. I don’t know how but it just had the hole ever since I started suspecting why my coins keep dropping out.. Sorry I haven’t blogged for the past few days. I had to sleep early, So everything will be in this post. Well, back to the wallet. I can’t believe the wallet that cost me 40 bucks just had a hole like that. And it had to be at the coin pouch! Now I can’t put coins. Gotta get a new wallet soon. Wonder who will go with me. Hmm… well I do know that Matthias definitely won’t go. I won’t state why, if you’d read
one of my posts in April then you might know, or was it May.

Yesterday(13 Sep Thursday):
Arrived in school on the dot at 7.40am(I have a late pass so that’s the time that’s normal for me) prefect said “you’re late, you can’t go in, you have to sit with the latecomers. I was like wth, the bell just rang. Prefect said “We don’t follow school time, we follow our own prefect time” wth, I got busted so hard.
Whats more, I must have walked under a ladder or broke a mirror unknowingly cuz the principal made a surprise appearance just on that same day where I was considered “late” by that damned prefects time. There were like.. easily 50 latecomers and.. all got caned!! Even the super good boy who was late cuz of the bus, ahh crap, even I got caned! @$#^%@#$%^@#$! Principal had to be there on that one day out of the..
296 days of school! Yeah, don’t be surprised, I actually counted. The thing I am most pissed at is that prefect. He simply said “you’re late” with that blank and innocent look on his face.Damned lower sec. Just wait, one day when my gang is complete. Well, though theres only Matthias.. it isn’t so bad issit?
(okay fine, that thing about gettin a gang was a joke. Well it would be kinda cool if I really did would it?)

I did my finest piece of work on SS(its the handwriting, its the handwriting!) and it didn’t turn out too bad so I wanted to show you guys

Did I ever mention about taxi stands? Cuz if I didn’t @&^%%#@$ again. I really hate taxi stands. I was so frustrated I would say I LOATHE taxi stands if I did this post ytd, but I’ve cooled down and I’m not that pissed anymore. It was all cuz I wanted to buy some shoe laces and my mum said that orchard had many. I was like.. okay then lets go. Reached there only to find all the shops except 77th street closed. It was cuz I was watching my Dragonball GT on veoh(some web just like youtube) while waiting for my mum to get ready but, my mum was doing the same, just that she was doing smth else. I was like, can we go now?
She said ”yah, yah, I waiting for you wad” Ironic, don’t you think.
I had no choice but to buy a shoe lace from 77th street. My mum’s facial had suddenly been postponed an hour earlier after a phone call, so she told me to catch a bus home. She looked around and realized that the bus going to my house was removed. She then gave me some money to take a cab back. Just when I though, “oh yay everythings gonna run smoothly now” there was quite a que at the taxi stand. I was thinkin, okay nvm. Guess what, it took half an hour to reach my turn. Would have been better, or should I say faster if I took a train back. Missed 20mins of my 9 o’clock show!! It was the 3rd last eps.

Back to today:
Nth much happened. Just that.. I noticed smth cool when I was on the bus home just now. I was thinkin, it was so cold and my feet weren’t cold(not that my socks were thick, they were quite thin rather). I moved my feet and guess what, my feet were curled up! I was like, cool, did I curl it up and forget about it or did it curl up on its own. Well, I still dunno but I thought it was cool and I decided to put it here.. so.. its here

I’ve just found out something really unhygienic about hawker centre stalls. I went there to buy dinner and guess what I saw. I was ordering my food at the stall where you pick your ingredients with rice when a fly just appeared in front of me and landed on one of the ingredients!
The shopkeeper just shoo-ed the fly away and the fly flew to another dish. I was like, LOL! Wonder how pai seh the guy was. Good thing the ingredients that were dirtied by the fly weren’t to my liking, so I didn’t pick any of them.
I forgot to put this in my previous post, but everyone seems to be getting sore throats and I’m one of them. Anyway, it’s a lot better now, praise God.
You know something ppl, God really does hears your prayers and sometimes it seems so hard to believe that he is actually just next to you listening, but when this("this" refers to when its so hard to believe that God is listening to you) happens, its maybe cuz God’s testing your faith in him. So trust and believe in him! Like me he’s healed my throat. Okay maybe its still a little sore, but it was cuz I ate peanuts and all. Without that prayer maybe my throat would be so sore till I won’t even feel like blogging right now. Its a little sore as in I can still eat peanuts? It doesn't cause discomfort unless I yawn or somehow strain my throat.

Okay so I bought a few games and some movies from JB. Spent the whole day looking for my clothes and some other stuff my parents looked for. I bought my very first pink t-shirt. Lunch was.. kinda worrying cuz I picked this hot stone meal thing and the so called “hot stone” which was the bowl was sizzling hot. It was supposed to be for cooking the food while you eat or smth(won’t that make it overcooked?). I had to be extremely careful not to accidentally touch the sides of the “hot stone” or I would fry my hand. I was supposed to mix my rice around but.. I didn’t do much of that so my rice became really crispy. Wasn’t that bad. I had my dinner at this ice cream stall that sold noodles and I thought it was cool. It turned out to be instant noodles in the end. Well, what more could I expect from an ice cream shop. My parents had their dinner at this “high class” restaurant. It wasn’t that they wanted to save money on my dinner. I insisted eating at the ice cream shop.
On the way back, the police didn’t even check the booth. So there wasn’t any chance of us getting caught for pirated stuff.
That’s about it.
Oh yah, Zac Efron’s acting in “Hairspray”. I didn’t know till today when I read abt smth article. I must watch!
And a shocking news hit the headlines today. Vanessa Anne Hudgens posed nude in front of a camera? It was supposed to be some private photo but somehow leaked out into the public. I’ve read about it on the net and it seems that she let it leak out on purpose! Either to change her image ppl have of her or something. I really dunno but I’m utterly disappointed.
Its back to school tomorrow. It feels as if there were no holidays at all really.

Mug Club got destroyed by Leon today. Did some geometry at least. Went to Zack’s house after that and wanted to go play some pool at tamp safra. Zack stoned for a while and unfortunately it started raining. Stopped raining at 4 plus in the late afternoon. So we called Yi xiang to go. Feeling kinda bad cuz Zack and I made him wait for like 10mins. Took bus 28 there and it went a big round through the whole tampines area. Took half an hour to reach and I almost fell asleep. The place was completely full cuz it was Sunday and everywheres crowded on Sundays? So we put our names on a que list for the pool tables and lanes for bowling. Guess what, we went for bowling and also played pool.
Went home a little late cuz I didn’t keep track of the time and my parents were fuming cuz I wasn’t back for my mum’s home cooked dinner. Took a cab back cuz I got fed up of my parents calling me continuously. Dropped Zack at tamp interchange and headed straight home on the taxi. Yi xiang already went home cuz his parents called earlier and hes like uber guai. The taxi ride home was kinda enjoyable. Listening to Lifehouse and The red jumpsuit apparatus in a comfort of a cab, what could be better. Reached home and realized that tomorrow was a start of the sep. holidays. I don’t know why but I feel kinda sad like I wanna cry cuz I’m gonna be so lonely starting tomorrow. Never thought I'd say this but.. I rather there were no holidays this week

Know what, I just realized that I got a sunburn. Anw, today was sure filled with screams and laughter. Frontliner’s first ever sports day. I’m feeling kinda stupid now,cuz I also contributed to the screaming. Well I stopped after a few seconds cuz my throat couldn’t take it. Wonder how those girls kept screaming for the whole day. I almost went deaf! Most of the time you’d see me running away from the ball cuz everyone’s(as in the girls) screaming. But there was this really fun part where I betrayed my own team and passed the ball to the other team haha. We played captain’s ball.
After everything, we took a shuttle bus back to church. Joel and Ben went off while Tim, Bob and I walked to cold storage. Tim got his apple strudels and left soon after. Bob and I bought Munchy Doughnuts(we bought half a dozen)! We walked back to church to sit down and enjoy it. After I finished my second piece, I felt a slight headache due to the large amount of cream they put on top of the doughnut. So I asked Bob to wipe the cream off my last doughnut so he could eat the cream and my headache wouldn’t get much worse. I guess this was why Dawn stopped buying Muchy Doughnuts. Must have bought too many of them and ate it all in one shot. So anw, mug club’s back.
Geez… theres still so many movies on myTo Watch Movie list:
- spiderman3(I’m probably gonna download this one)
- simpsons(I hope they’re still showing)
- rush hour3(I got no one to watch with)
- ratatouille(gonna watch after the exams)
Omg, do you know “ratatouille” ain’t some made up word. I’m using Microsoft word so I know.
And my slipper broke/tore during captain’s ball. Sigh.. 20 bucks gone.
I think I understand about the Korean hostages thing already(thanks Tim!). Even though the pastor died, God probably rewarded him greatly in heaven. God used him to show everyone else smth. Whats that smth? For free thinkers or other religions it would be hard to see why but, for us believers it was to show us that we must always trust God. I know it is hard to take in that God allowed him to die cuz of this but.. as Tim said, things happen and God has his reasons. In my point of view, it was a test of his(the pastor) trust in God and to show other believers about it.
