Sorry, hadn’t blogged much recently. There was school on Tuesday! I didn’t come cuz I thought there was no school! When Matthias woke me with a phone call in the morning..
Matthias: “oi, what happened to you?”
Me: “huh?”
Matthias: *repeats himself* “oi, what happened to you?”
Me: “what happened to me?”
Matthias: “why never come school today”
Me: “theres school today?!?”
Matthias: “yah, of cuz lah what do you think. Eh eh, tmr also got sch you know?”
Me: “I know I know, I thought today also marking day”
Matthias: “marking day was only yesterday”
Me: “Wahh lao, I tot Monday and today”
And that was how I missed school on Tuesday.
Nothing much happened on Wednesday and Thursday, only that I collected my papers back. I got 20 or 30%+ for combined humanities and 40%+ for DNT despite my reckless studying, but I got 73% for combined science(physics and chemistry). 63% for my E-math. Btw, only 5 people passed paper1 and 11 people passed overall cuz of paper2. That’s why I said, sheesh damned class.. I got pulled down by them.
Now, about today. 5.48am –*ring* ring*(my handphon rings) I woke and answered the call.
Me: “hello? Yes Matt what do you want”
Matthias: “what time are you leaving your house for the Jog-a-ton later”
Me: “errm.. 6.50”
Matthias: “is you’re mother fetching you there?”
Me: “yah why”
Matthias: “can tong pang?”
Me: “wah lao, you called so early just for this? You woke me up from my good dream cuz of this??” Note: I was dreaming that I was odering food. Matt called me when I finished ordering it and was about to take the first bite. What a waste!
Matthias: “oh sorry lah”
And that was the start of the day. When we reached the Venue, we got our attendance marked and.. ran! Well, I dunno whats gonna happen on Monday but lets just hope the teachers didn’t notice anything or even if they did, hopefully they forgot. It was like..
Me: “Ai yah, let not do this lah”
Matthias: “why? You scared arh?”
Me: “no, its just that.. I risk my position”
Matthias: “what do you mean?”
Me: “if Mr heng finds out, I risk my position of being teacher’s pet.
Matthias: “ai yah, nvm one lah”
Me: “easy for you to say, you’re not the teacher's pet anw”
Matthias: “You’ve been teacher's pet from dunno how long alr? Since primary sch primary 6 all”
Me: no, I wasn’t teacher’s pet in primary 6
Matthias: Fine whatever. Just go now so I can go you house??
Me: fine fine, I also can’t take much more of this waiting actually.
That’s about what happened in the morning. I got my very own tennis racket today! Yeah. Gonna start lessons tmr. I got a new cap and.. a new top! Yaay this so rox. Okay anw I gtg cya.
